Alfie’s Story

Alfie is a consummate sportsman. Driven and competitive with an appreciation of motorsport from both a driver and mechanical level, anything with 4 wheels and an engine, he’ll jump in and drive to its limit!

Fiercely competitive on track, he is renowned for his easy and laid-back nature off track where he has a mischievous and dry sense of humour.

Never happier than behind the wheel, Alfie is particularly adept on a wet track, he’s no fair-weather driver! His driving technique is hard but intelligent, enjoying analysing his track data to improve that corner or find that extra tenth! Bright and articulate, his enthusiasm for the sport is infectious and his achievements inspirational.

Alfie’s Passion

Alfie’s passion is driving, but he also enjoys fitness and fashion. Often seen wrestling off his suit in the back of the race van to wear the latest outfit he’s curated or working out to a playlist with his Air pods in before a race. A natural daredevil, Alfie is always first on the fairground rides, zip wires or endurance sports with a grin from ear to ear.

A cancer survivor, he has a resilience that comes from facing great adversity and a maturity and compassion that often accompany overcoming such challenges at a young age. His illness required not only great stamina to endure the chemotherapy and multiple surgeries but a determination to regain his health and fitness once treatment ended. Alfie works out weekly and maintains a disciplined and healthy diet.

Currently entering his last chapter in education as part of the motorsport UK academy Alfie is committed to achieving the academic and driving milestones to allow him to pursue a career in motorsport, a vision he has maintained unflinchingly since he was a young boy.

Alfie has demonstrated consistently that he has the talent, determination and ambition to achieve the goals he has set himself, one thing is guaranteed it’ll be entertaining to watch!
